Regarding the measures taken in the past in Sulaimani, such as taking legal action against people who impeded investors and forced businesses to relocate from Sulaimani, the DPM said the efforts made in Sulaimani to eliminate market chaos and the reform measures will continue in Sulaimani and will cover other cities.
Talabani explained that administrative routine is a significant obstacle to investment, and it is unclear why investment has been prevented, but all government institutions must be reorganized to serve the people, and priority will be given to projects that create the most jobs.
